Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BlueGreen platform at bluegreen.ci ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BlueGreen is a CI/CD platform that allows you to define, execute, and monitor workflow pipelines for your software projects. The Service includes workflow orchestration, build execution, log streaming, secret management, and related developer tools.

3. Accounts

You must authenticate through a supported OAuth provider to use protected features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your authentication credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Distribute malware, engage in cryptocurrency mining, or run denial-of-service attacks.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, data, or the underlying infrastructure.
• Interfere with the availability or performance of the Service for other users.
• Store or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or obscene.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all code, configurations, secrets, and other content you provide to the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely for the purpose of operating the Service on your behalf (e.g., cloning repositories, executing builds, storing logs).

Source code is cloned into ephemeral containers during workflow execution and is not retained after the job completes. Build logs are retained according to your account's data retention limits.

6. Secrets and Security

Secrets you store in BlueGreen are encrypted at rest. We implement industry-standard security measures, but you acknowledge that no system is completely secure. You are responsible for the content and sensitivity of secrets you upload.

7. Availability and Support

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

8. Pricing and Payment

Certain features of the Service may be offered under free or paid plans. Pricing details, if applicable, will be displayed on the platform. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueGreen and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill arising out of your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
